<\/div>\n\nThe management company of the fund \u201cAmundi Funds – US Pioneer Fund C EUR\u201d<\/a> (WKN A2PDAH \/ ISIN LU1883872688) has decided to convert the units of share class C into units of share class A, “Amundi Funds – US Pioneer Fund A2 EUR (C)” (WKN A2PUWB \/ ISIN LU2070308726), as of 28 November 2025. This is a different share class of the same sub-fund.<\/p>\nDetailed information regarding this conversion of fund units can be found in the notice letter issued by Amundi Luxembourg S.A.<\/a><\/p>\nAfter 31 October 2025, no new subscriptions for share class C will be accepted. For this reason, our responsible actuary has decided, in accordance with the contractual terms, to adjust the investment strategy for customers currently invested in the fund “Amundi Funds – US Pioneer Fund C EUR” (WKN A2PDAH \/ ISIN LU1883872688), and to invest all regular premiums in the fund “Amundi Funds – US Pioneer Fund A2 EUR (C)”<\/a> (WKN A2PUWB \/ ISIN LU2070308726). The conversion of existing fund assets into the new share class will take place on 28 November 2025.<\/p>\nImportant for affected customers:<\/p>\n
\n- This change concerns a different share class of the same sub-fund.<\/li>\n
- Both funds have the same risk profile (SRI 4).<\/li>\n
- Both funds follow an identical investment strategy.<\/li>\n
- The new share class has lower ongoing costs. There are currently no front-end loads in the customers\u2019 insurance contracts.<\/li>\n
- This adjustment is free of charge for customers.<\/li>\n
- Customers do not need to take any action; we will handle all necessary changes on their behalf.<\/li>\n
- Customers may change their fund selection at any time. The corresponding form is available in the customer portal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
