PrismaLife\u2019s commitment to society is driven by our staff and their ideas.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"\">Core elements<\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\"><strong>Careful use of resources<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">PrismaLife is committed to the responsible use of resources in its own operations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Liechtenstein tap water: By switching from bottled drinks to local tap water, we are reducing our environmental footprint in terms of transport and waste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Renewable energy: We source electricity for our own premises from a green electricity tariff (solar power: 70 per cent, hydroelectric power: 30 per cent).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Business travel: Where possible, we avoid air travel in favour of rail. Air travel requires the approval of senior management and is only undertaken if the itinerary does not allow for a viable environmentally friendly alternative.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\"><strong>Health management<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">The health of our entire team is important to us. That is why we support our staff with a wide range of initiatives to help them look after their own health and take a proactive approach to healthcare. In 2018, the consumption of Swiss and Liechtenstein tap water provided more than 53,500 people with long-term access to clean drinking water.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">By avoiding microplastics and palm oil in soaps<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">By using recycled paper&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">By dispensing with printouts<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Health management<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\">A broad-based health management programme is designed to make it even easier for employees to do something for their own health. PrismaLife offers excellent working conditions in this regard. The flexibility of working hours is particularly attractive: ever since PrismaLife was founded in 2000, we have offered our staff the option of working part-time. In the \u2018Family-Friendly Liechtenstein\u2019 survey conducted at the end of 2023, 84 per cent of PrismaLife employees surveyed agreed with the statement \u2018All in all, I can say that this is a very good place to work\u2019. In addition, we consider issues such as paper consumption, waste and recycling, and water consumption within the company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">The guiding principle is: reduction and innovation take precedence over offsetting. Offsetting only makes sense where there are no options for reducing emissions and no scope for process improvements.
