We are committed to being fully at your service, even in such cases.<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to submit a complaint regarding a product, intermediary, or the insurance company, you can contact our hotline at <br \/>0800 \/ 237 01 00. Complaints can also be submitted via our website at www.prismalife.com\/complaint, by mail to PrismaLife AG, Industriering 40, 9491 Ruggell, Liechtenstein, or by email to beschwerde@prismalife.com. <br \/>Processing your complaint is always free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>Please ensure that your complaint includes the full name of the complainant and the insurance policy number(s) concerned, or simply use the form provided below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What happens next?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"\">You will receive an immediate confirmation that your complaint has been received.
