Het ontwikkelingsproces dat door de directie in gang is gezet, werd en wordt ondersteund door de inzet van de werknemers. Medewerkers en leidinggevenden van PrismaLife handelen volgens de interne gedragscode en integriteit \u201csamen, bewust en levendig\u201d. Eind november 2019 ontving PrismaLife een onderscheiding van de Liechtensteinse regering als \u201cgezinsvriendelijk bedrijf\u201d. De belangrijkste invloedsfactoren zijn het energieverbruik en de daarmee samenhangende klimaatrelevante emissies, met name van zakenreizen en woon-werkverkeer, alsook van kantooractiviteiten. Wij kijken ook naar het papierverbruik, het afval en de recycling, en het waterverbruik in het bedrijf.<\/p>\n<p>Uit de analyse van de belangrijkste CO2-relevante factoren uit de bedrijfsvoering blijkt dat de directe CO2-uitstoot van PrismaLife in 2019 51,1 ton bedroeg. Het principe geldt: vermindering en innovatie gaan boven compensatie. Compensatie heeft alleen zin wanneer er geen besparingsmogelijkheid is en er geen procesverbeteringen mogelijk zijn.<\/p>\n<p>PrismaLife streeft ernaar de directe CO2-uitstoot van de bedrijfsvoering (Scope 1 en 2) terug te brengen tot 40 ton in 2025 en tot 30 ton in 2030.
