Due to the European Union Regulation for “Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products” (PRIIPs for short) applicable since January 1st 2018, you, as a customer or prospective customer of an insurance company, will receive a Key Information Document (KID for short) for insurance-based investment products. This only applies to customers with residence in the European Union. No KID is offered for risk insurance or occupational pension scheme products.

The content and design of the Key Information Document are strictly prescribed. In addition to information on the product type and provider, they also contain information on the investment objective, the target market, insurance benefits, all costs as well as the risks of the product. Furthermore, we demonstrate to you which benefits you would receive in different scenarios.

Individual calculations are not provided. To enable you to compare different offers, all insurers calculate uniformly which benefits you, as a customer, can expect with an investment of 1,000 EUR annually (or 10,000 EUR for a single investment) over a certain period of time, depending on the scenario.

You can choose from a large variety of funds at PrismaLife. When creating an individual offer, your intermediary will provide you with the Key Information Document (KID) for each selected fund in addition to the Key Information Document for the PrismaLife insurance-based investment product. These documents show the risk and return profile of your individually selected funds. Furthermore, you can find the Key Information Documents and other information on the funds we offer on this website. To do this, please select “Funds” in the main navigation. You can find the Key Information Documents for the funds after entering your policy number or selecting “For Prospective Customers” in the “Fund Information” document or in the Prisma FundFinder.
