Stefan Opel - CEO
Stefan Opel studied economics at the University of Basel from 1997 to 2001. Subsequently, he initially worked as an IT consultant in the financial services sector and from 2003 to 2013 as a principal at the Boston Consulting Group, where he advised insurance companies and financial service providers in particular.
Since 2014, he has held various management positions within Gothaer. Initially as Head of Sales Support, later as Head of Corporate Customers and as Managing Director of Gothaer Invest- und FinanzService GmbH.
Since April 2026, Stefan Opel has been CEO of PrismaLife AG in Liechtenstein and continues to be responsible for the Corporate Customers division of Gothaer Lebensversicherung AG in parallel.
Tobias Moser - CFRO
Tobias Moser studied economics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business from 2008 to 2012 and subsequently completed a Master's degree in European and International Business Law at the University of Vienna from 2014 to 2015.
His professional career initially led him to PwC Austria and Vienna Insurance Group AG, before he worked as Head of Finance, Sustainability & Regulatory Affairs at Vienna-Life Lebensversicherung AG. Since 2025, Tobias Moser has held various positions at PrismaLife AG, initially as Executive Manager to the CEO and Director Legal.
Since April 2026, he has been a member of the Executive Board as Chief Financial & Risk Officer of PrismaLife AG in Liechtenstein.

Heinz Frommelt - VRP
Heinz Frommelt studied law at the University of Zurich, graduating as Dr iur. in 1988. Heinz Frommelt has been a partner at Negele Sele Frommelt & Partner, Vaduz, since 1990 and a partner at Sele Frommelt & Partner Rechtsanwälte AG, Vaduz, since 1992. As such, he worked in the areas of banking and capital markets, insurance, tax, M&A, contract and commercial law, among others.
From 1997 to 2001, he also held the office of Liechtenstein Minister of Justice.
Heinz Frommelt has been a member of the Board of Directors of PrismaLife AG since 2019 and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2021.
Alina vom Bruck - VR
Alina vom Bruck - CEO of Gothaer Lebensversicherung AG - began her career at Gothaer in 2009, parallel to her studies, with positions in Group reinsurance and in the actuarial department of Gothaer Lebensversicherung AG. From 2010 she worked in risk management.
After a management role at DEVK, she returned to Gothaer Leben in 2017 and took over the management of mathematical product development, later the Life Innovation division.
This was followed by board mandates at Gothaer Asset Management AG and from July 2024 at Gothaer Finanzholding AG, combined with her designation as Chairwoman of the Management Board of Gothaer Lebensversicherung AG and overall responsibility for the Pensions and Assets division.
Ralf Sellin - VR
Ralf Sellin holds a degree in business administration and is a qualified compliance officer. His over 20 years of professional experience have been characterised by partly leading positions at PwC Germany in Germany and abroad in the areas of finance, taxes, auditing and insurance.
He has been Managing Director of ONESTY Group GmbH since 2016. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of PrismaLife AG since the end of 2018.
