Look forward to your financial future with peace of mind. PrismaLife FlexInvest is a unit-linked annuity insurance for your private pension. It adapts to your individual circumstances and offers you maximum flexibility in every phase of life. Benefit now from the diverse investment options and secure your pension benefit.
Payments are possible as a single premium or as regular premium payments. In addition, you can agree on dynamic premium plans. Together with your advisor, you calculate your personal insurance application.
A wide range is available to your customers: ETFs, portfolios from renowned asset managers, managed strategies as well as numerous individual funds from all asset classes. This allows you to tailor the right solution specifically to individual customer needs.
Regardless of which investment or annuity concept your customers choose: The retrocessions we receive from the fund companies are credited to the insurance contract at the rate of 100 %. In this way, the number of fund units grows continuously – a benefit from which your customers profit year after year.
Our annuity insurance adapts to your customers' lives. They can flexibly adjust premiums, make additional payments, make partial surrenders or even take a premium break. This ensures your customers' pension planning always remains as flexible as their personal situation.
Free reallocation management allows your customers to decide at any time which funds are automatically shifted into new target funds – with a freely selectable duration. This is ideal for taking targeted advantage of market opportunities or for securing existing investments step by step.
Single premiums are also possible if monthly premiums are not desired. This allows your customers to simply make a one-off investment, entirely according to their preferences.

As a financial market participant within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosure obligations in the financial services sector (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation; SFDR for short), PrismaLife AG discloses certain sustainability-related information at entity and product level.
The following information is current as of September 25th 2026
This product promotes environmental or social characteristics because, during the duration of the insurance contract, investment options can be selected that either promote environmental or social characteristics (pursuant to Art. 8 SFDR) or have sustainable investment as their objective (pursuant to Art. 9 SFDR). The guarantee assets of PrismaLife AG, which are used during the pension phase, also promote environmental and social characteristics (for details, see Sustainability-Related Disclosures – Information at Product Level on the Guarantee Assets and Special Funds of PrismaLife AG). Detailed information on the environmental or social characteristics of the selectable funds can be accessed via the download links in the fund information.
This financial product promotes environmental or social characteristics, but does not have sustainable investment as its objective.
This product offers a free fund investment during the duration of the insurance contract. Our range of funds includes funds that pursue sustainable investments (pursuant to Art. 9 SFDR), funds that promote environmental or social characteristics (pursuant to Art. 8 SFDR) and funds that do not pursue an explicit sustainability strategy. The current selection can be found in the “Fund Information” document, which you can find in the “Funds” section on our website.
During the pension phase, the funds are invested in the guarantee assets of PrismaLife AG. The guarantee assets promote environmental or social characteristics (pursuant to Art. 8 SFDR). Details on this can be found on our website under the sustainability-related disclosures on the guarantee assets and special funds of PrismaLife AG.
Detailed information on the environmental or social characteristics of the selectable funds can be found for funds pursuant to Art. 8 and 9 EU SFDR in the pre-contractual and periodic (regular) ESG information prepared by the respective investment management companies. For all other funds, information on the handling of sustainability risks can be found in the fund prospectuses. These documents can be accessed via download links in the fund information.
You can freely determine your investment strategy during the duration of the insurance contract by choosing the funds that suit you from our range of funds. Investment funds are available for selection that promote environmental or social characteristics (pursuant to Art. 8 SFDR) or pursue sustainable investment objectives (pursuant to Art. 9 SFDR), as well as those that do not incorporate sustainability aspects into their investment strategy. Examples of ESG criteria that funds may incorporate into their investment decisions, depending on their individual strategy, include the following topics:
The selection of investments that match your individual sustainability preferences requires an intensive study of the sustainability strategies of the individual funds.
The proportion of investments depends on your fund selection.
We regularly monitor the quality of our range of funds and also include the ESG approaches of the investment management companies. For this purpose, we use external data providers (currently Morningstar and MSCI Solutions LLC).
The information on the ESG approaches of the funds published by the investment management companies within the framework of the European ESG Template (EET) is examined for plausibility by our specialists. In the event of findings, we enter into a dialogue with the responsible companies. Furthermore, we regularly compare the information from the EET with the assessments of external data providers and make all necessary information available to our customers.
PrismaLife obtains data from recognised external data providers specialised in fund data and sustainability analyses (currently Morningstar and MSCI Solutions LLC). The fund data is integrated into our systems and can thus be made accessible to customers on a regularly updated basis.
Due to the update intervals in our systems, it is possible that data does not correspond to the latest daily status. We update the data at least monthly.
To maintain due diligence, PrismaLife takes the most important adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors in the areas of environment, social and employee matters, respect for human rights and the fight against corruption and bribery into account for the investments of the guarantee assets. Particular consideration is given to greenhouse gas emissions in the environmental sector and to violations of UNGC principles and involvement in controversial weapons in the social and employee sector. These topics are anchored in the defined exclusion criteria and are monitored regularly.
In this way, we reduce the risk of investments in companies whose business activities have significant adverse impacts on sustainability factors (Principal Adverse Impacts). If an increase in adverse impacts is identified in existing investments, it is examined whether and under what conditions PrismaLife AG can reduce the affected positions.
PrismaLife AG currently holds no direct equity investments and therefore cannot exercise active voting rights in the sense of an active shareholder policy (Active Ownership). Furthermore, given the relatively small actuarial reserves, PrismaLife AG has hardly any promising opportunities to influence ESG aspects through the active exercise of voting rights. Opportunities to engage in collaborative ESG engagement as a fixed-income investor with a small investment volume, e.g. within the framework of investor initiatives, are currently being examined by PrismaLife AG.
