PrismaLife AG and Barmenia Insurance Group have successfully implemented the previously announced investment. As a result, Barmenia now holds 25.1 percent of the shares in the Liechtenstein life insurer, which will in future act as a centre of competence for international offerings of unit-linked life insurance.
