Your online customer portal: myPris­maLife

As a quick and conve­nient tool, our customer portal offers you online access to your policy infor­mation. For example, you have access to all your important data at all times and we store important documents on your policies for you in the electronic archive.

You can send us your requests and messages under password protection via the contact function. In addition, a form centre for the most common policy amend­ments is available to you.

My PrismaLife

You received your access data directly when the policy was issued and can request it from us at any time. Please contact our support team about this on 00423 220 01 00 or by email on customer-​mt@​prismalife.​com.

You will find a “Forgot your password?” link on the homepage, via which you can request new access data. If you still cannot access your account, please contact our support team.

We recommend always using a current browser version to access myPris­maLife and having up-to-date anti-virus protection installed. To display PDF documents, you need a PDF reader.

We recommend regularly changing your personal password. In addition, you should never give your password to anyone else. Use the logout button on the bottom right to end your session to myPris­maLife.

Your email address can only be changed by a PrismaLife AG employee.
