Direk­tver­sicherung pays off – an example

A technical employee, 35 years old, pays a monthly premium of €150 up to the age of 67. Her employer pays a supplement to the premium of €50 per month. With an average performance of 4.5% p.a. by the fund, the employee receives a possible payout on maturity of €100,387 or altern­at­ively a possible lifelong annuity of €296.04 per month (guaranteed annuity of €127.30 with guaranteed pension increase of 1% p.a.).
